Stingel’s offers architectural design and full engineering services. All plans receive the stamp of a structural engineer.

In addition to providing architectural drawings, we offer a comprehensive supervisory service from project start to finish. We are also pleased to provide recommendations for sub-contracting and will schedule contractors, and perform bidding.

Since 1996, Stingel’s has provided clients with architectural millwork design and custom interior millwork design for kitchens and bathrooms. D&D Woodworks has been a longtime collaborator, bringing our designs to completion.

Septic System Design

When it comes to your septic system, this is an often-overlooked essential function of your property. We design compete septic systems, from conventional and modified to advanced systems. Our designs are guaranteed to meet all of the exacting standards of the Catskill Watershed Corporation septic program — for new systems and upgrades.

Our territory for septic design work includes Delaware, Greene and portions of Schoharie and Ulster counties.

Code Compliant

All drawings for architectural and septic design comply with NYS Code, DEP, DEC and local regulations. Each town we work in has its own code and we make certain that all requirements are met. We guarantee that our clients will receive their building permit based upon our drawings.
